This promotion is intended for participation in the United States only and is only open to legal residents (residing in) the following states: Indiana, Michigan, California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and North Carolina. No other person residing in any other state, including but not limited to, New York , Florida and Rhode Island , is eligible. You may not enter if you are not at least 21 years of age. This promotion and the sweepstakes is void where prohibited or otherwise regulated by law. There are additional limitations and restrictions which are set forth below in these OFFICIAL RULES.

• To Enter: The Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2007 , and ends December 31, 2007 (“Sweepstakes Period”). An eligible INOVA Federal Credit Union member receives one (1) Sweepstakes entry signing up for E-Statements during the Sweepstakes Period at any participating branch location in the United States .
  
  To enter without purchase or obligation: Hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers, and the words “E-Statement Sweepstakes” on a 3” x 5” card, and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to: Marketing Department, INOVA Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 1148, Elkhart, IN 46515. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2007 , and received by January 10, 2008 . Enter as often as you wish; however, only one entry per stamped envelope will be accepted. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Entries become the property of INOVA Federal Credit Union. (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned.
• Eligibility: This promotion is intended for participation in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States . • Drawing: There will be one drawing each month, it will be conducted by INOVA Federal Credit Union and held on February 10, 2007, March 10, 2007, April 10, 2007, May 10, 2007, June 10, 2007, July 10, 2007, August 10, 2007, September 10, 2007, October 10, 2007, November 10, 2007, December 10, 2007 and January 10, 2008. Each drawing will be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard time. All entries must arrive at INOVA Federal Credit Union by the following days to be eligible for that month’s drawing: February 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, March 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, April 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, May 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, June 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, July 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, August 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, September 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, October 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, November 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight, December 9, 2007 at 12:00 midnight and January 9, 2008 at 12:00 midnight. All entries not drawn will be discarded. The date of the receipt by INOVA Federal Credit Union determines whether the entry card is eligible for drawing. INOVA Federal Credit Union is not responsible for loss in mailings or late mailings. All prizes will be awarded.
• Odds: Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received at the time of the drawing. However, we have sent out a mailing to our membership consisting of 32,000 pieces.
• Prizes: Twelve (12) Prizes: The prize will consist of 12 iPod Shuffles. Total Prize Value Maximum: $79.00. The prize will be given away as follows: either in person or by certified mail.

6. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of INOVA Federal Credit Union. Any portion of a prize not accepted by a winner will be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on each prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility of each winner. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

INOVA Federal Credit Union reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, (1) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any web site, (2) to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site, (3) to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or (4) to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any entries through the use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will be void.

INOVA Federal Credit Union will request the prosecution of any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

1. Prize Claims: Potential winners will be notified by phone and a traceable method of delivery, and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, both of which must be returned within seven (7) days after prize notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If a Grand Prize is won by a person who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (“minor”), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by winner’s parent or legal guardian, or the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Limit one prize per person, household, or address.
2. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants or, if minors (although no minors are eligible to participate), their parents or legal guardians agree to: a.) the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects; and b.) execute a release, and hereby release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless INOVA Federal Credit Union and it’s affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, representatives, attorneys, accountants and employees (collectively “Releasees”), from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize and c) execute an affidavit of eligibility in a form acceptable to INOVA Federal Credit Union. By accepting a prize, winner or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian agrees to, where legal, Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event attorneys fees. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures.
3. Limitation of Liability: Releases are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system; or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly; or are lost for any reason, including computer, telephonic, paper-transfer, or human error, or electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction, damage, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or any combination thereof. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or infection by computer viruses, bugs, or tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and at its sole discretion award prizes from among all eligible entries validly received prior to the action taken. This Sweepstakes is governed by laws of the United States , for resolution of all claims and disputes (excluding any claims against or disputes involving parties other than Sponsor relating to the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes).
4. Winners List: For the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: INOVA Federal Credit Union, Marketing Department: E-Statements Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1148 , Elkhart , IN 46515 . Requests must be received by February 10, 2008 . The winner’s name will be sent when all drawings have been conducted and the winner has been verified.

Disputes:
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of Elkhart, Indiana, having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of Indiana without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
