You will get regular statements, which tell you how much money you have in your account at a certain date. But sometimes you might want to find out if a check has "cleared", or gone through, before you get this statement. Or maybe you want to take money out of your savings account and move it into checking. There are three ways you can get information or make changes to your account: come into a credit union branch during business hours, use the phone to call our special banking system, or get online.
You can get account information or make transactions at any one of our branches. We know that the decisions you make about your money are important. You need the best information you can get to help you understand your choices. We're here for you. You don't have to make an appointment and you don't have to have an important question - we answer them all. Just come in and make yourself comfortable.
Tellerphone, our banking phone system, is another way to access your account. Once your account is open, it's automatically available.
Call 1-800-444-6654 to get started.
When Tellerphone asks you your account number, enter it and then press # (the pound sign).
It will then ask you for your 4-digit PIN number. (This number can be any 4 numbers/letters that you will remember.)
Tellerphone will ask you to verify the information by entering your social security number, followed by #.
After you have completed these steps, Tellerphone will give you menu options, or the numbers you should press for certain information or transactions. Here are a few of the options people use most:
1=Find out your balance
2=Find out your account history
3=Transfer money from one account to another
4=Withdrawals
5=Get information about checking
6=Get loan information
7=Additional options
To speak to an operator, press 0.
To end the call, press *.
To start the main menu over, press #.
